This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Rumudamo Washing Station in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,800 and 2,000 meters, this coffee is processed using the washed method, involving manual sorting, depulping, and fermentation in cold water before slow drying on African beds. The resulting cup is bright and floral, featuring an elegant acidity and fine sweetness. Tasting notes include elderflower, bergamot, and a clean, fresh finish, characteristic of high-quality Ethiopian washed coffees.
