Espresso Apas is a 100% Arabica single origin coffee from Brazil's Minas Gerais region, grown at 1150 meters altitude by the APAS cooperative. It features varieties such as Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catuai, Acaia, and Mundo Novo, and is naturally processed. The coffee offers a balanced flavor profile with tasting notes of chocolate and roasted nuts, a creamy body, low acidity, and a medium to dark roast level suitable for espresso.
