Yirga Santos is a 75% Arabica and 25% Robusta espresso blend sourced from India, Brazil, and Ethiopia. The Arabica beans contribute a chocolatey and balanced sweetness, while the Robusta adds strength and crema. The coffee is traditionally drum-roasted to a darker roast, yielding a full-bodied espresso with notes of chocolate and brown sugar.
