This 60/40 blend combines three origins: Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda Rainha in Minas Gerais at 1600 m, natural processed Robusta from Southwest Uganda, and washed coffee from the high altitudes of Nariño, Colombia. The dark roast brings the Brazilian sweetness and Ugandan body together with Colombian structure, creating a full-bodied cup with dark chocolate and walnut character. The Robusta content delivers dense crema and rounds out the acidity.
Coffee Circle built its name on a simple idea: great coffee should create great impact. Born in Berlin, the roastery sources directly from producers, pays transparent premiums, and invests in long-term community projects at origin.
