The processing method is Culturing Nitro Fermentation Washed, involving embryonic stress, bioreactor fermentation with starter cultures and nitrogen injection, followed by solar and mechanical drying. The flavor profile features clean, crisp sucrose sweetness and fragrant melon notes resulting from meticulous temperature control and finely tuned fermentation monitoring.
