Processed using the Honey (Pulped Natural) method where cherries are depulped and dried with mucilage intact. Scores above 86 on the SCA scale. Features a velvety body with flavor notes of cane molasses, honey, and raspberry. Medium, rounded acidity with a long, comforting finish. Suitable for filter brewing, espresso, and immersion methods.
