The variety is Yellow Caturra, processed using the honey method (pulped natural), where sticky fruit mucilage remains on the parchment during drying to concentrate sugars and aromatics. Features a velvety body with medium, rounded acidity. Flavor profile includes cane molasses, honey, and raspberry notes with honeyed sweetness, brown-sugar depth, and a long, clean finish. The aroma offers warm cane molasses, soft florals, and dried seasonal fruit.
