The farm is situated amidst volcanic heritage near Santa Ana, Cerro Verde, and Izalco volcanoes. The name "Las Brumas" translates to "The Mists," referring to the persistent fog that envelops the area for much of the year. This unique microclimate results from the interaction between warm Pacific air and the towering volcanic peaks, reducing sunlight exposure and leading to slower, more uniform ripening of the coffee cherries.
