Processed using the honey method (pulped natural), where the fruit's mucilage is left on the seed during drying to enhance natural sweetness and complexity. This Arabica coffee scores above 86 points on the SCA scale and features a velvety body with tasting notes of cane molasses, honey, and raspberry, supported by medium, rounded acidity.
