A Geisha variety coffee from Abu Coffee's Hacienda Cañas Verdes farm, located in the Cañas Verdes region of Boquete, Chiriquí, Panama, at 1,550 meters above sea level. Produced by José Luttrell and harvested in March 2021. Processed using an Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) method for 192 hours, then sun-dried on African raised beds for 25 days. Roasted light/medium for filter brewing. Cup score: 92.75. Tasting notes include strawberry, plum, jackfruit, cacao, passion fruit, and grapefruit.
