This dark roast blend consists of 70% Brazilian coffee from Rio Brilhante and 30% Peruvian coffee from Perales, Huancaruna S.A.C. The blend offers a balance of sweetness, body, and roastiness with flavor notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and caramel.
Cerberus Coffee Co. was founded in 2019 by Cody and Tina in Jacksonville, Oregon, operating a 600 square foot café and micro bakery alongside a roastery in the Applegate Valley. The queer and BIPOC owned company sources Fair Trade coffee, consistently paying above minimums with transparent farmgate pricing, and established Southern Oregon's first co roasting programme allowing others to rent facility space. Their signature Wizard Cat espresso blend directs a portion of proceeds to trans and LGBTQI+ resources including Trans Lifeline. The micro bakery runs a stone deck oven producing vegan donuts, overnight focaccia, and seasonal quiches alongside the coffee programme.
