AA Shinzingo is a Tanzanian coffee from the Shinzingo Coop, a cooperative with over 500 active members. The cherry is sorted using density grading and controlled soaking to reduce water use. The coffee features extended fermentation and drying time, resulting in a consistent, fruit-driven cup profile characteristic of this African region.
Bonanza Coffee Roasters is one of the true pioneers of European specialty coffee, founded in Berlin in 2006 by Kiduk Reus and Yumi Choi.
