This blend is a collaborative creation between over 30 members from Ability KC and Messenger's roasting team, developed through several coffee cuppings to reflect the group's flavor preferences. The coffee features sugary sweetness and full body with soft, Gala apple-like acidity. It is naturally processed with flavor notes of red apple, praline, and brown sugar. The coffee stands up well to cream while maintaining complexity, making it a crowd-pleasing medium roast.
Established in 2013 through the merger of three independent coffee companies united by shared values of equality, quality, and fairness throughout the supply chain, Messenger Coffee Company operates from a historic 1919 Kansas City building.
