A Grade 1 washed coffee from the Adado washing station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, sourced from smallholder producers. Made with Heirloom Ethiopian varieties grown at 1790–1860 meters altitude, harvested November through January. Cherries are hand-picked, depulped, fermented in tanks for up to 48 hours, and dried on raised beds. Roasted gently for filter to preserve complexity. Flavor notes include blueberry muffin, bergamot, and floral characteristics.
Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. They see themselves as modern-day navigators, exploring the world to source unique and high-quality beans from small, independent producers. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
