Alejandro Padilla is a single-origin coffee from Cajamarca, Peru, grown by producer Alejandro on his farm El Cedro at 1650 meters elevation. The coffee is processed using the washed method. It features sweet aromatics with flavor notes of cola, milk chocolate, and pear, with a deep and rich sweetness throughout.
Andy Sprenger founded Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters in 2013 in Lakewood, Colorado. Sprenger is a two time U.S. Brewers Cup Champion and World Brewers Cup runner up, bringing a competition level understanding of extraction and flavor to his roasting.
