It is a blend of Kona Typica, Red Bourbon, and SL34 Arabica varieties processed via a cinnamon co-fermented honey (pulp-dried) method. It features a medium-light roast with flavor notes of cinnamon roll, brown sugar, warm spices, apple, citrus, and honey.
