This coffee is a Gesha variety from the Dilgo plot at Mima Estate in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1780 meters elevation. It is processed naturally with a unique cold fermentation and slow drying. The light roast reveals intense floral and fruity flavors including pomarrosa, blueberry, lychee, tangerine, with a silky body.
