Grown at an altitude between 1700 and 2100 meters, this washed coffee is a blend of Caturra, Typica, and Catimor varieties. It offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of golden raisin, almond, and shortbread.
Night Swim Coffee was established in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2021 through the merger of two pioneering operations: Not Just Coffee, founded in 2011 by James and Miracle Yoder, and Undercurrent Coffee, founded in 2018 by Todd and Erin Huber. United under Black Rock Hospitality, the combined entity operates 15 kilogram and 35 kilogram Loring Falcon and Kestrel roasters that enable precision roasting across multiple coffee concepts.
