This is a blend of experimental batches from Central and South America. The components are mostly washed with a few naturals included. The blend offers smooth, mild, subtle, low acid, light bodied cups of light roast. The roast color is 129.8 on the roaster's scale. Great for batch brew but not recommended for espresso.
