The cherries are de-pulped and undergo a 36-40 hour dry fermentation before being dried on raised beds for 18-22 days. This coffee offers a sweet and juicy profile with tasting notes of lemonade, muscovado sugar, and lingering florals. It is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
