This coffee is produced by Angel Ortega in the San Agustín region of Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1850 meters. It is a Pink Bourbon variety processed using a washed method. The cherries are de-pulped and undergo a 36-40 hour dry fermentation before being dried on raised beds for 18-22 days. This coffee offers a sweet and juicy profile with tasting notes of lemonade, muscovado sugar, and lingering florals. It is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
