About This Coffee

Anna is a blend featuring beans from Colombia, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. The blend includes Colombia Popayan Reserve processed using washed method, Rwanda Nyamurinda processed using washed method, and Ethiopia Shaakkisoo processed using natural method. The coffee offers bright acidity from Colombian beans, body and depth from Rwandan beans, and delicate florals from Ethiopian beans. Flavor profile includes black forest cake and dark chocolate. This blend won a Bronze Award in the Milk Beverage Category at the Australia International Coffee Awards.

Tad Coffee Company

Terence Tan, Singapore's National Barista Champion in 2017, founded Tad Coffee Company in 2018 alongside a group of friends with a combined 30 years of experience across roasting, barista training, and operations. The roastery holds Halal certification and sources from Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Sumatra, with the team providing SCA and ASEAN Coffee Federation certified training programs. Tad's blends earned consecutive Bronze awards at the Australian International Coffee Awards in 2019 and 2020, and their Ethiopia Moyo Nyekundu G1 took Bronze in the Pour Over Single Origin category in 2022. Tan went on to win the Singapore Cup Tasters Championship in 2023.
