Grown in volcanic, nutrient-rich soils at 1900 meters altitude within a rainforest climate, without herbicides or pesticides. The cup is described as elegantly simple yet multi-layered, with a refined tea-like subtlety, floral aroma, and delicate fruit undertones. Tasting notes include jasmine, raspberry tea, red apple, tangerine, and Ceylon cinnamon. Cup score: 91.25. Roasted light for filter brewing.
