This coffee originates from Huehuetenango in the Andes, one of Guatemala's highest elevated coffee regions. The beans are classified as SHB (Strictly Hard Bean), a grade reserved only for coffee grown at high altitudes where the berries mature slower, resulting in a harder bean with maximally developed aromas. It is a full-bodied and rich coffee featuring caramelized, roasted cola notes with fresh floral acidity in the finish.
