This washed coffee comes from the El Triunfo farm in San Bernado, Huila, Colombia, owned by second-generation producer Oliver Cortés. The farm is located at 1,800 meters above sea level and was established over 20 years ago. The main harvest runs from May to June, with a smaller fly crop between November and December. The coffee features notes of caramel, raisins, baker's chocolate, apple blossom, mirabelle plum, complex tea notes, and hints of strawberry. It has a balanced juiciness and is described as similar to Kenyan coffee but grown in Colombia. Medium roast level. 2024 harvest.
