This is a single origin coffee from Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica, located on the slopes of the Turrialba Volcano in the region between the Aquiares and Turrialba Rivers. It is a naturally processed F1 hybrid variety called Centroamericano, created by crossing Ethiopian Rume Sudan with Sarchimor. The beans were dried in the cherry for two days on ceramic flooring followed by 10 days on raised African drying beds, with final drying in a mechanical guardiola.
