This coffee is a single origin natural process coffee from Aquiares farm in the Turrialba volcano region of Costa Rica. Produced by Diego Robelo, the farm dates back to 1890 and is home to 1,800 people. The coffee features the Centroamericano H1 variety, an F1 hybrid of Sarchimor T-5296 and wild Rume Sudan, grown through tissue culture cloning. The farm is recognized for its commitment to carbon neutrality, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable agriculture practices. The variety offers an elegant and intricate flavour profile.
