This exceptional coffee is sourced from Aricha village in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone. It is cultivated by a dedicated community of 800 farmers at 1,900 to 2,100 meters altitude. The varieties are kerume and heirloom, processed using a washed method with 100 hours of fermentation and 15 days of drying on African beds. The coffee displays a crisp green apple acidity complemented by cantaloupe melon sweetness and a smooth caramel mouthfeel. It has a Q Score of 87 and is roasted to degree 130.
