This coffee is produced by local farm holders from the Tairora-Gadsup, Yellia and Lamari local-level government groups near Obura-Wonenara in Papua New Guinea's Eastern Highlands. The coffee grows at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 meters in a remote mountainous area known for cool temperatures that allow for longer cherry maturation. This is a washed coffee graded A/X, the highest quality available in PNG. The flavor notes include orange, plum, and apple crumble.
