Article is a house blend combining components from Namballe, Cajamarca (Peru) and Jalapa, Nueva Segovia (Nicaragua). Composed of Bourbon, Typica, Catuaí and Caturra, processed by wet fermentation, fully washed and dried on raised beds. Tasting notes: dark chocolate, maple and raisin; roasted for balanced, versatile medium-bodied cups.
