This coffee is a single origin from Honduras, produced by The Aruco Cooperative, a community of 14 producers around the Aruco Mill. It features the IHCAFE 90 variety, which is unique to Honduras. The coffee is naturally processed and roasted on the dark side of medium, specifically for espresso preparation. The cup offers deep, jammy, and sticky notes with a thicker mouthfeel and darker sugary notes.
