About This Coffee

A fully washed single-origin coffee from the Aceh region of Sumatra, Indonesia, specifically from the Pegasing district of Takengon. Produced by smallholder farmers at the Asman Gayo Mill, managed by Cup of Excellence winner Asman Arianto, at 1300–1650 meters altitude. The blend of Ateng, Bor Bor, Catimor, and Timor Hybrid cultivars is fermented in open-air tanks for up to 36 hours, then dried on raised beds. Flavor notes of physalis, cocoa, and honey. Roasted omni-style with a focus on espresso.
