Aspen is a full-bodied espresso blend designed for milk-based drinks. The blend features chocolate, hazelnut, and malt flavor notes with a creamy finish. Currently composed of three components: Ethiopia Guji Hambela G3 Natural, Honduras Caballero Catuai Natural, and Nicaragua Regional Picaflor Washed. Each origin is roasted separately and blended to highlight unique characteristics while maintaining consistency. The blend delivers a chocolate-rich base with nutty undertones, perfect for flat whites, cappuccinos, and lattes.
