About This Coffee

This Ethiopian coffee originates from the Sidamo region, grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1800-2000 meters. It features Heirloom Ethiopia varieties and is fully washed processed. The harvest takes place in November-December. The coffee offers flavor notes of Earl Grey, floral, and lemon, with a long-lasting aftertaste and full body. At the washing stations, only fully ripe red cherries are selected and pulped, then fermented for 24-36 hours before being washed and sun-dried on African raised beds for 10-15 days.
