This coffee is from Kenya, specifically from the Kamagogo processing station operated by Kiru cooperative in the Kagumoini area, Muranga district, in central Kenya. The station works with approximately 1,000 smallholder farmers and is located at 1,800 meters above sea level. The coffee grows in red volcanic soils rich in minerals, with annual rainfall of about 1,200 mm and temperatures ranging from 13 to 24°C. The varieties include SL28, SL34, Ruiru11, and Batian. The coffee is washed processed with flavor notes of juniper, guava, red currants, and cherries, described as sweet and juicy.
