About This Coffee

Bali Blue Moon is an Arabica specialty coffee produced by smallholding farmers in the volcanic highlands of Bali, Indonesia. The coffee features exotic stone fruit and Dutch chocolate notes with a rich full body. It is fully Indonesian in character but without earthy tones, offering ripe stone fruit and chocolate flavors with a full-bodied cup. This is an organic certified coffee.

Oceana Coffee Roasters

Amy and Scott Angelo founded Oceana Coffee Roasters in Tequesta, Florida in 2009, beginning with a DIY popcorn maker before evolving their equipment as the operation expanded. A 7 kilogram Diedrich in 2011 provided their first purpose built roaster, and today they operate a Giesen roaster that enables greater production capacity and precision. Scott holds certification as an Arabica Q Grader and maintains 15 year relationships with brokers and farms, sourcing exclusively from the top 5 percent of coffees worldwide. Recognition includes a Silver Medal at the Golden Bean World Series and Scotts selection as Overall Best Roaster at the 2016 Golden Bean North America competition, acknowledging the roasterys pursuit of excellence.
