This single origin coffee is from the Kintamani region in northern Bali, Indonesia, grown at 1200 meters altitude. The coffee is washed processed and features S795 and Kartika varieties. Grown by farming communities following Tri Hita Karana philosophy of harmony with earth, people, and gods, using no chemicals, active composting, sustainable soil care, and shade-grown plantations. The Kintamani region is a protected geographical indication between two volcanoes, representing authentic terroir.
