It features Kartika and S795 varieties, processed using multiple methods including natural, fully washed, anaerobic, honey, and wet-hulled techniques. The coffee offers juicy purple grape, plum-like tartness, and a toffee mouthfeel.
The Good Coffee Cartel was established in 2017 in Glasgow, Scotland by co-founders Todd Whiteford and Courtney Patrick Brennan.
