The Fair Trade and Organic certified Grade One lot is hand-harvested, washed, and sun-dried at elevations between 1,200 and 1,700 meters. The coffee features Typica, Caturra, and Catuai varietals. Roasted slightly darker for espresso, it delivers a hefty body with a full and smooth mouthfeel. The flavor profile includes notes of baker's chocolate, dark chocolate, rich caramel, and a lasting finish.
