This coffee is from Colombia, Huila region, grown at 1,600 meters altitude. It is a Pink Bourbon varietal processed using fully washed method with Mosto fermentation. The beans underwent a two-stage submerged fermentation - four days in cherry followed by depulping and three additional days of fermentation, then gentle mechanical drying and sun-drying. The flavor profile features Piña Colada, Tinned Tangerines, and Dark Caramel notes.
