This coffee is sourced from the Baroida farm, located in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea within the Kainantu region. Situated at an altitude of 1700–1850 meters near the Lamari River, the farm grows various Arabica varieties including Arusha, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Typica. This coffee is characterized by a syrupy, heavy body and a complex profile. Tasting notes include black cherry, cola, licorice, cocoa nibs, and white pepper.
