This is a single-origin coffee from Brazil, specifically from Fazenda Barrinha farm owned by Bruna Costa's family for three generations. The farm is a nature sanctuary with 30% of land reserved for native vegetation and also hosts a small ranch with horse competitions. This balanced coffee is described as ideal for espresso and pairs exceptionally well with milk for a chocolaty flat white. It has been served at Blenheim Palace and the Royal Albert Hall.
