This blend is roasted gently to bring out light acidity and bold, sweet, chocolatey flavors. Most of the year this blend is predominantly Ethiopian and Colombian coffees, with additional coffees from Guatemala and other coffee-belt nations throughout the seasons. The blend maintains light acidity and sweet chocolate notes consistently.
Geoff Polci, a certified Q Grader whose coffee journey spans two decades, founded Stereo Coffee Roasters in Toronto in June 2018. Polci first roasted coffee in 2004 at a restaurant in Costa Rica and went on to run a series of cafes and co own another roasting company before launching Stereo. The roastery focuses on sustainable, traceable coffees from single farm producers, with a particular commitment to sourcing from women and Indigenous communities. Polci brings a hands on approach to quality, and his Q Grader certification underpins the sourcing and roasting decisions across the lineup.
