This coffee is sourced from the Bekele Gemeda farm, located in the village of Worka within the Yirgacheffe district of Ethiopia. The farm spans 6.5 hectares at an altitude between 1800 and 2200 meters above sea level. Unlike most Ethiopian coffees which are typically sourced from cooperatives, this is a rare single-farm lot. The coffee is wet-processed and roasted specifically for filter, press, or boiled brewing methods.
