Bellavista is a community lot coffee from San Martin, Peru, grown at 1800 meters altitude by 24 small-holder farmers. The coffee features traditional Caturra and the newly-identified Marshel variety, believed to be a naturally occurring Bourbon mutation. Processed using the washed method, this coffee presents a sweet and balanced profile with notes of cherry, chocolate, cinnamon, and spice, with vivid acidity suitable for daily drinking.
