Bensa Setamo Omni

Bensa Setamo is an organic-certified coffee from the high mountain community of Bombe in the Bensa district of Sidamo, Ethiopia, grown at 2100–2300 masl. Over 550 smallholders deliver cherries to the washing station, which supports farmer training and quality protocols. The Heirloom variety is washed processed by producer Tariku Kare Banata. The high elevation, cool climate and careful processing create a vibrant, expressive profile with notes of black tea, nectarine, and citrus.
