It is processed using a natural method, where cherries are dried on raised beds to 10.5-11% moisture. The flavor profile is nuanced and expressive, featuring crisp tropical notes of pineapple, a velvety sweetness with black cherry, and a lingering floral character reminiscent of jasmine tea.
