This coffee is a 2025 El Salvador Cup of Excellence award-winning lot from Finca La Esperanza, located in the Santa Ana region at an altitude of 1100–1650 meters. Managed by the Café Pacas family, the farm utilizes biodiverse shade to stabilize the microclimate. This coffee is the Bernardina variety, which shares 70% of its DNA with Geisha. It is processed using the honey method and offers a clean flavor profile featuring notes of mimosa, orange, honey, pear, peach, and oolong tea.
