Managed by the Café Pacas family, the farm utilizes biodiverse shade to stabilize the microclimate. This coffee is the Bernardina variety, which shares 70% of its DNA with Geisha. It is processed using the honey method and offers a clean flavor profile featuring notes of mimosa, orange, honey, pear, peach, and oolong tea.
