Berry Dawn is a dual-fermented natural sun-dried lot from Baarbara Estate, located in the Bababudangiri Range, India, at elevations of 3,850 to 5,350 feet. The estate grows premium single-origin Arabica under shade from native trees including Jackfruit, Jamun, Rosewood, Red Cedar, and Silver Oak. Coffee is hand-picked and hand-sorted. A two-stage fermentation process enhances mouthfeel while preserving clarity and complexity. This omni roast delivers jammy texture, crisp acidity, and layered fruit expression with notes of strawberry, mulberry, red grapes, and clove.
