This washed coffee comes from Finca Bethania, a 42-hectare farm in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, operated by sisters Ana and Martha Albir. The farm is Rainforest Alliance certified and has been in the family since the 1930s. The coffee is processed at Cafetos de Segovia, a dry mill that supports 47 local producers. Made from Sudan Rume varietal grown at 1400masl, this medium roast offers tasting notes of praline, milk chocolate, pear, and orange. Expect a full body with rich chocolate, sweet red apple and low acidity.
