This coffee is a single origin from the Biftu Gudina cooperative in Ethiopia, grown in the Agaro region of Jimma at 1975 metres altitude. The beans are Heirloom variety and processed using the washed method. The cooperative was established in 2012 with support from TechnoServe and now includes hundreds of small-scale local farmers. The flavour profile includes vanilla, peach, nectarine and milk chocolate notes.
